As a relentlessly positive individual, Thomas Brickey-Shapiro brings an East Coast sensibility for directness and desire to exceed goals and expectations to each real estate transaction. Beginning his career in his native New York with a top producing agent with the Corcoran Group, he blends a background in arts with superior client service.
Having lived in both Boston and Hartford, Connecticut, where he received his BFA in Printmaking with a minor in Art History, his specialization in client care is magnified with experience in project management. While he has an interest in serving first-time buyers, he is well-versed in providing representation to buyers and sellers in all market segments.
His commitment to community includes volunteering at Reclaim It in Northeast Portland. He also has an affiliation with the Portland Lumberjacks and enjoys organizing fundraisers. When not involved in real estate, he is shopping for antiques, painting, drawing, and attending art openings. He resides in the Alberta Arts district with his husband and dog, and is enthusiastic about walks throughout neighborhoods, working out, hiking, and Portland's unique coffee venues.
